Our Garlic...
We grow Tasmanian Purple and Spanish Creole garlic for seed and culinary purposes. They are full of flavour and have a shelf life that lasts well into the winter. Every bulb is 100% organically handcrafted; absolutely no chemicals are used!
Every bulb is fertilised with natural fertiliser, and a tailor made mix of trace minerals is put on as a foliar spray. We prioritise organic farming methods, ensuring our garlic is kind to the earth and to our bodies.
We harvest in November and our garlic is ready to be sold by January. We post to anywhere in Australia, with the exception of WA. Every effort is made to ensure excellent quality garlic is delivered in a timely manner.
